Battlefield V's Firestorm will have Solo, Duo, and Squads options. Like other battle royale games, the round start with players dropping in from the sky with a parachute. After all the players drop onto the map, they will be able to open safes and complete objectives which will reward them with reinforcements, loot, and rare vehicles.

After dropping in players must find weapons and other items on the map and use them to be the last player standing. Weapons will come in three levels of rarity Common, Rare, and Epic, with the higher level rarities getting advantages like scopes, extended ammo magazine, and recoil reducer.

Like other battle royale games, each class of weapon uses its own type of ammo and you will only be able to carry a limited amount, and as ammo is very difficult to find, backpacks will increase your carrying capacity,so you should manage your inventory and share ammo with your teammates in Duos and Squads to survive and win.

Teammates can revive you when you're down, and you can still fire with sidearm while you're down,However, once you're dead, you're out there is no true respawning like in Apex Legends.
