Get Ready For The Worldwide Reveal Of Square Enix’s 'Marvel’s Avengers' At E3 2019
It’s been over two years since Square Enix confirmed it teamed up with Marvel to produce a game based on The Avengers. Today, the publisher announced that its long-awaited Marvel game Marvel’s Avengers will be unveiled on June 10 at 9 PM EDT. Hopefully, the company will showcase gameplay during E3 2019.

The news came from a new Twitter account for the game and was confirmed by E3 Coliseum’s Geoff Keighley. The tweet announcing the date indicates that the game may simply be called "Marvel's Avengers."

In the original teaser, a voice narrated, "They say the time of heroes is over. That if you're 'different,' you're dangerous. But I know the truth. The world will always need heroes. We just need to reassemble." Thor's hammer, Captain America's shield, and Iron Man's hand were shown, but they had clearly been through many battles and looked damaged.

"The Avengers project is being designed for gamers worldwide and will be packed with all the characters, environments, and iconic moments that have thrilled longtime fans of the franchise," read a press release from Square Enix. "Featuring a completely original story, it will introduce a universe gamers can play in for years to come."

Marvel’s Avengers will make its way to Square Enix’s live E3 2019 conference in Los Angeles on June 10, beginning at 6 p.m. PT. A showcase of the game will be shown during Keighley’s E3 Coliseum show on Tuesday, June 11.

Be sure to check back for all the details following the presentation on the 10th. Platforms for Marvel’s Avengers haven’t been confirmed just yet, but Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are very possible. More information about the stream can be found on the official game page.
