Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s New 2v2 Mode Reveal And Is Coming Next Month
Last year’s Call of Duty chased the success of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Fortnitewith its Blackout battle royale mode.Now, Infinity Ward pulled back the curtain just a hair to show off a snippet of one of its new 2-on-2 Gunfight mode.

Infinity Ward presented the first look at Modern Warfare's competitive offerings with a livestream that revealed its new mode called Gunfight, a two-versus-two, enjoyably fast multiplayer mode that offers intense thrills.

Officially revealed on Thursday — Gunfight pits two teams of two against each other in small maps. Players are armed with weapons and equipment selected by the game mode, and mirrored loadouts change from round to round.Where each team has 40 seconds to kill the other. After the time pass, a flag will spawn on the map and teams will need to capture and defend it for three seconds to score a point. If no team scores a point within the 40 seconds, the team with the most health wins that round. The first team to six points wins the match.
