Crackdown 3 Gets Flying High And Air Strikes In The Latest Update

Xbox Games Studios has just released the free Flying High update for the Crackdown 3. The small download adds flying, air strikes, and four elemental melee weapons that you can summon at will.

In this update you will find an Agency Wingsuit. If you strap into the new wingsuit you'll be able to compete in ring-based wingsuit races, but you'll mainly use it to get around the city of New Providence and rain hell on enemies from above.

Also new is the Cluster Duck grenade, which has chain-reaction explosions and it is quite devastating. There's also the Hellstorm Flare, that comes in handy—throw it to call an air strike on the target location.

Bring MORE BOOM to the game with all new Agency Peacekeeper Beacon, which summons Civilian Militia backup.Last but not least ,The Elemental Forge gadget, which summons four elemental weapons,like the Flaming Sword, Electric Hammer, Ice Mace and Chimera Axe. Go to town and collect 14 new achievements and 500 Gamerscore.

To help Agents complete the Orb Hunter and Orb Master achievements, we’ve made a couple key adjustments:

• Once you collect 75% of all Agility Orbs in the game, we’re boosting the signal for any remaining ones, meaning you’ll now be able to see and hear them from farther away.
• Similarly, once you collect 75% of all Hidden Orbs, you’ll now be able to hear remaining ones from farther away. (Obviously since they’re “hidden”, you still have to look around and find them in the world. We can’t make it too easy on you.)
